Having faced issues with contractors before, I was relieved to find the technician knowledgeable and prompt when servicing my portable A/C. The process was straightforward, and they took the time to explain what needed to be done without any pressure tactics.

Careful dismantlement and thorough inspection done.

The AC installation took about a day, which seemed reasonable for the job. However, there was a delay with the arrival time that could have been communicated better.
