Out upstairs was always 10 degrees hotter than downstairs. The project manager , Tony, explained that it was an attic ventilation issue, not the AC, as he had thought. They added vents when installing the new roof, and now the upstairs is actually comfortable to sleep in.

I had a fantastic experience with Tony and the crew. The roof repair was done in a timely manner Highly recommend them

Had QRS repair wood underneath and then replaced the roof on our West Hills home. Shadi managed the project and was easy to reach and kept us in the loop. Tony clearly takes pride in his business, and Abner in the office made scheduling simple. Roof looks great. Would hire them again.

Our garage has a torch down roof that was bubbling and splitting at the seams. Abner scheduled it around my work so I could be home, which I really appreciated. The crew was in and out in a day and a half.
