You could go crazy trying to become an instant expert on roofing so that you know the right questions to ask roofing firms. There are so many types of roof and so many brands and options for each type. Also, note that a lot of Youtube clips are more pertinent to other parts of the country, or they engage in scare tactics: “Your house is gonna burn down!” I went with Adco after calling about a half-dozen roofers. ZERO STARS!!! REALLY BAD NEWS!!!!! Very unprofessional. Not only do you get a new roof, but you also get a complimentary mariachi band. It will seem like you have a herd of elephants on your roof and you will be traumatized for weeks. You have never experienced loud before these people working on your home. Everyone who I have spoken with in my complex agrees that they do not know what they are doing. Super sketchy! …

Our condo building in West Hollywood (1983) needed the 1st roof replacement since its existing; ADCO was far beyond our expectations and also helped with an excellent finance-plan. A new roof is a major job and the Adco team made it as easy as one can imagine. On time, friendly and CLEAN. Explanations were given friendly and with accuracy as well as easy to understand.
