Dan and Brady helped us in our San Diego home search this past summer. Dan sold a house to a coworker a few years ago and she recommended him very strongly. We were not disappointed! We appreciated Dan's kindness, patience, and most reassuringly, his clear wealth of knowledge across all things San Diego real estate and home improvements. As first-time homeowners, we relied on his expertise and recommendations. Trusti…

Dan and his Brookeshire team was such a blessing to me and my family. The knowledge you get with Dan is incredible, he is strategic in every aspect of the deal. We won the bid for our dream home over 12 other offers with a good majority of those being cash. Not only is he knowledgeable he listens very well to every detail, he has an amazing team, he has great referrals, and he is a license contractor that is 100% tru…

So happy with the wonderful bathroom remodel! Dan and Brady were helpful every step of the way from planning to completion of the project. They stuck to their timeline and all the people who worked on the project were friendly, neat, and did great work. It was a pleasure working with Brookeshire Real Estate, I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

Working with Dan & Brady to purchase our new home was an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. They were extremely knowledgeable about the current market conditions, contract process and what it took to make the deal happen once we found the home we really wanted. Dan's background in construction was huge help in answering my questions through the process. We highly recommend going to see Brookeshire Real Estate!
