This year AccuTemp has serviced and repaired both our A/C and Swamp Cooler. Most recently we had a new filter grate for our cooler installed in our hall ceiling by our service person, Randal. we appreciate and trust him. Randal is always effecient, competent and a great communicator who fully represents the qualities we value in this great service company. We have been an AccuTemp customer for many years because o…

We’ve been working with Accutemp for over a decade. We’ve always had exceptional service. They are always very responsive and quick to fix any issue. Today’s service with Randal was no exception. He serviced the unit. Showed me what he did and made recommendations, but did not urgently recommend these additional services. We elected to have the additional maintenance done and they were able to schedule us right there…

I have used Acutemp for several years now and they are always on time and mostly same-day service. Albert helped me today to decide on a new unit. He was most friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciate Albert’s communication and Customer Service skills. I highly recommend Acutemp for their professional service.

Randal was thorough and serviced 3 units. He was honest, very pleasant and answered all my questions. The price was a spring special and was basically $50 per unit which is a great price! We have been using accutemp for over 25 years. Very satisfied.
