What a wonderful place! Fran helped me, as well as the owner, Jackie and they couldn’t have been more helpful! Bought my first serger and they were both invaluable with giving me the details to make an informed decision. The selection is a sewing dream come true! They have everything you need for your craft! On top of it all, I got an amazing deal! It was clear they wanted me to be happy with my decision and were no…

Extremely disappointed with the service maintenance for both of my Babylock sewing machines. I actually live closer to retail location on Ray Road where I purchased both my Babylock Brilliant and Celebrate machines. Now when you enter this location it really depends on who is working on that particular day for custom service. I have always taken exceptional care of my sewing machines keeping them clean and always tak…

Today 4 people look but don’t say anything besides talk to each other. I was looking for Kirby bags stood there looking for several minutes. Everyone was too busy conversing no customer service. I hope they go back to the great customer service and smiles like they use to. FYI I and the…

My mom took her Viking ruby 90 there just for a needle bar adjustment and timing, after a month Bruce calls and said that there w…

One of my favorite places. Lots of beautiful quilting cottons, broadcloth, knits for adult and kids garments, patterns, and notions galore. Great place to purchase your sewing machine for any of your needs. Lots to choose from. Plus vacuum cleaners!
