Sean and Tony were fantastic! Sean called and said they were running early and asked if it was okay to come!!!!! That was a plus because most companies give you a four hour window and show up right before the 4th hour ends. It took them less than a hour to install both toilets. I highly recommend using them for your home services, and request Sean and Tony!!!!

I would definitely recommend NexLvl through Lowe's. My old water heater was leaking... I called Lowe's & was called back in less than 10 minutes. They had a plumber that was able to come by same day to install my new water heater. Matthew was quick & tidy.. it only took him an hour to remove the old & install the new. Very satisfied & definitely recommending NexLxl! Deb. T. SV, AZ

Edward did a fantastic job removing and replacing my hot water tank. He was very careful on the installation and very particulate. He took great care on clean up and discarded my old unit. I highly recommend NexLvl Services.

From the service scheduling up until to the end, NexLvl Services were exceptional to work with. My service technician, Matt, was EXTREMELY freindly and knowledgeable. Installation went very well with zero problems. I had burnt wiring from my old heater and Matt made SURE that he got to good wiring for the electrical aspect. GREAT customer service from all
