I contacted Tate’s for a checkup on our two AC units. Tiffany was friendly and professional and got us scheduled quickly. The technician was on time, courteous, and knowledgable. I felt very confident with the work they did and the pricing was excellent. I will be calling Tate’s again the next time we need service. They are trustworthy and reliable. I highly recommend them!

Called late Sunday afternoon on Aug 3, temp 114. Tiffany in office contacted tech and he came by in a couple of hours. Quickly solved the problem and had our air back on. Both Tiffany and tech, Joshua were very friendly, answered all my questions. Price was great, not over charged. We bought our unit from Tate at a great price too. I highly recommend Tate's. You will not be disappointed.

Tate's was pushy to schedule services and refused to do so at a time that worked with my schedule, even though my availability was still within their business hours. After I made my schedule clear, they TOLD me that they were adding me to their schedule on a day that I could not be present and that they expected me to be there. Are you kidding me? Needless to say, Tate's did not get the business. Another local servic…

The technician was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He completed the HVAC maintenance quickly while making sure everything was done properly. What I really appreciated is that he went above and beyond by helping me connect my thermostat to the mobile app and making sure it was working correctly before he left. Great service, very respectful, and highly recommended!

Busted! No AC, my property manager called Tate's. Tate's tech in writing states "Upon inspection, compressor found to be locked up on old r22 system, refrigerant no longer available.... Sending over quote for new system." That quote was $7,500 Got a second opinion and that company fixed it in minutes, it was simply one burnt of wire, cost $85. It is still working fine.
