I had an excellent experience with Orlie’s AC and Heating— thanks to Orlando, the technician who came out to help. From the start, Orlando was professional, knowledgeable, and true to his word. He arrived exactly when he said he would and wasted no time getting to work. Within a few minutes he had my AC system diagnosed, I gave him the green light to proceed with the required fix and within an hour my AC was back up …

Orlando is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable about his profession. He came out at 6am to make sure I had my AC running before the day started. He found out that it was just a burned out capacitor and replaced that and had me up and running in no time. And I still made it to work on time. I would highly recommend Orlie's AC. He is honest, friendly and professional. I wont go anywhere else from now on. Than…

Orlando went out of his way to get to us quicker than expected when our AC went out during the hottest part of the year. He provides excellent customer service, truly cares about his clients, and provides fair and reliable work. We know we can depend on him and would recommend him to anyone in need of AC services.

Orlando got to us sooner than expected, is always on time and friendly. Very honest with his work, went out of his way to complete the job quickly and efficiently! We highly recommend him for any heating and cooling work you may need. Our daughter and son in law are having a new unit installed by Orlando in the next few weeks.

Orlando helped me out .I have inherited a house in Mesa but I live in Washington state. He came out to inspect my ac unit. Gave me an honest assessment and told me it had a fees years left but would need replacing soon. He serviced and cleaned it for me and when I am ready he will be my go to for replacement. Great service and person!
