I highly recommend Universal HVAC LLC let me tell you people Josh and his crew gave us excellent service. Let me start off we got so many quotes from seven companies and Universal HVAC beat all the quotes not just in price but just in workmanship and things to better our service in our house. Josh took the time to explain and never complain and how many times I called or text with questions. Even when my power was of…

Josh is very professional with great communication. The work he and his crew performed was quick and top notch. We will defiantly call Josh again and refer Universal HVAC to all our neighbors. Thanks again Josh! Scott Mixon

Josh is extremely professional and provides top notch service at an economical/affordable price. He looks for ways to prolong the life of our equipment instead of just replacing. In other words he never upsells. We have utmost confidence in this Company and will continue to use their services for years to come.

Josh was kind, honest and helpful. It took a few days to get the appointment finalized because he was very busy and it’s alright since the weather was cool enough to function with fans on in the home. The communication was great and I highly recommend Universal HVAC.

Josh and his employee, Patrick, provided me same-day service when the outside temperature reached 113 degrees and my a/c unit failed! Although he had to order a part, he kept me informed and in-the-loop via text messages... and had the part installed quickly after it became available. Could not ask for better service and at a very fair price. Thanks!!
