Fantastic experience with our doggy daycare's water heater installation! The team was prompt, professional, and got the job done quickly with zero disruption to our pups. Pricing was fair and transparent, and they left everything spotless. Hot water is critical for keeping our facility clean, and the new unit has been running flawlessly. Highly recommend we won't call anyone else for our plumbing needs!

I can’t say enough good things about Jonathan and the team at Demodica air-conditioning. From start to finish, they were professional, punctual and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did Jonathan install my new system with precision, but the price was unbeatable. I’m enjoying a wonderfully cool home. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of air-conditioning work.

John DeModica and the whole team is terrific. I would like to give a special shout out to Santiago who came and replaced all of our thermostats, and then came back to do some reseal work, we needed. Additionally, Kyle did an amazing job replacing our whole Carrier condenser by himself in this August heat. The professionalism is second to none. Thank you!

DeModica is the best! Our HVAC stopped working and they scheduled us quickly and had the issue resolved same day! They are very kind, responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I invested a lot of effort researching HVAC companies to install a new cassette-style mini-split system for our garage. I am completely satisfied with the results from DeModica. They were very responsive, reasonable and the work was completely professional. Even in the garage, aesthetics is important to me, and they did a great job.
