For those in the Phoenix Valley I strongly recommend Empire Plumbing and Air Conditioning. Our A/C went out on Saturday though we were waiting for our home warranty assigned company to come out it was just too hot to wait. I called Empire Tuesday morning and two hours later technician Dan D. came to my home and within an hour or so had us up and running. Empire sends out a text with a photo and short bio of the te…

Being a long term service customer, I can say they reach out many times if necessary to make yearly service appointments when you are due. The techs are very friendly and explain everything that has been done. I recently had a problem with paperwork and was immediately contacted to correct the situation. Would I recommend them, yes. I've dealt with many companies and customer service, Empire tries very hard to be re…

They quickly figured out that the problem was a burned disconnect rather than a major component failure and had us back up and running in no time. Yay Marck! After a very hot and frustrating weekend, it was such a relief to have someone show up, diagnose the problem correc…

You get various estimates from all kinds of HVAC companies which causes angst. The tec…

Where able to get to me quickly for HVAC repair. They showed up at the earlier end of the two hour time span given. Went through everything step by step.Till they came to the problem. We're able to get the part and come back same day, and get me up and running. Very very professional. Did not try to charge me for things.I did not need. They're absolutely my go to now!
