I had a huge problem last summer. 115 degrees in Phoenix, tenant across town in Chandler with two small children and the AC went out. Inside temp was 90 degrees and rising fast. I had worked with Chris and his team before and they did a great job keeping an old AC unit running for a very reasonable price, but that was pre-scheduled. This was an emergency. We all know how hard it is to get an AC team out *same day*…

I had a great experience with them. They were professional, honest, and committed to getting my AC working correctly. They took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, explain what they found, and answer all of my questions without trying to pressure me into unnecessary repairs. I had a different company come out to try and fix it 5 times before finally finding total heating and cooling mechanical.

Their pricing was fair and in line with market rates, with no hi…

They found the comparator was out. They replaced it and all was good for the summer. Honesty and trust …

The process from initial diagnosis, pricing, timeline, install and final invoicing was completely professional. As a retired contractor myself, that is number one. Once A wise man told me it is not always about the name brand o…
