Caleb and the rest of the crew are awesome! We had one unit go out in our house and it was a tricky job. They kept us informed the whole time, were super nice and got us back to being cool very quickly with a new unit! They made sure everything looked the same in our house after drywall had to be cut and even offered portable coolers if we needed them until they were done. 10/10 recommend!

I had a great experience with this company! They responded incredibly fast and were able to come out the same day. Mike was wonderful—he took the time to thoroughly test everything, figure out the issue, and make sure everything was working properly before he left. Mike was honest, friendly, professional, kind, and very efficient. I really appreciated that I never felt like I was being upsold or talked into anything…

I called Frozen Cactus for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. Caleb came out and was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient with all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. What I appreciated most was that there was absolutely no pressure or attempt to upsell me. Instead of immediately recommending the most expensive option, Caleb …

Caleb was absolutely amazing to work with! He recently helped my parents with their A/C, and they couldn’t stop talking about how relieved and at ease they felt after speaking with him. He took the time to be thorough, explain everything clearly, and make sure they truly understood their units and options. What stood out most was the trust he built—something that’s so important when it comes to home maintenance. My …

Caleb is knowledgeable, timely, and an expert in his field. Frozen Cactus was an excellent choice and they replaced an entire heat pump/cooling unit on my roof. The new unit works wonderfully and has been a pleasurable experience. That seems rare these days when dealing with contractors. I would highly recommend Frozen Cactus for any and all heating and cooling needs!
