Robert and his team are among the very best contractors I've ever used - and we've used a LOT of contractors. They did a great job with our routine HVAC maintenance, and during an upgrade, one of their techs made a small mistake that led to a significant repair. While it would have been easy to blame the equipment, the tech was completely honest. Robert stepped in, going out of his way to come out that day. He staye…

Desert Heroes was the third HVAC company I had come out to evaluate my two central AC units. After my experiences with the first two companies, I was feeling pretty discouraged. The first technician barely inspected the systems before recommending that I replace both units. While he provided repair estimates, they were extremely expensive, and the replacement quote was higher than the cost of a new car. The second t…

It was an excellent experience! Robert and his apprentice were expertly knowledgeable of our new home's HVAC systems. They explained everything to us, got our thermostats unlocked from previous owners and got all the warranties transferred to us. We feel confident with the new service schedule Robert has set up and trust Desert Heroes HVAC completely to keep our systems running smoothly.

Robert was helpful, informative and generous. Unfortunately the old AC unit doesn't want to comply and will need replacement. I'm somewhat sad to need new equipment. The old stuff is cobbled together, incorrectly sized, and will not properly accept a freon recharge. I look forward to working with Desert Heroes HVAC install some new equipment for us. Robert is a genuine guy with impeccable atandards. He intended to…

We called five highly reputable companies (all BBB accredited), but we chose Robert right from the start. Just the way he talks—calm, smart, and patient—won us over. Plus, he was more reasonably priced than the others. Of all the companies we calle…
