Tip Top Roofing is a life saver! We came into our business after a rainstorm and found standing water in the building. We new that with the possibility of more storms we needed to get a handle on where the water came from and what we needed to do to address it. I went online to look for a roofing company and found Tip Top. I was so pleased when I called them. They were onsite within three hours to complete an insp…

Had our roof replaced last week & the whole process was hassle free. The initial inspection with Yahav Sinay set the standard. He arrived on time, explained what he saw with pictures, provided multiple options for repair or full replacement, ultimately we went with full replacement. The communication was so thorough that I didn’t need to wonder what was going on, from picking the color of the shingles to daily updat…

They replaced an exhaust fan that had been damaged during the installation of the new roof. Lior…

I got 4 contract bids from various roofing companies in Phx …

From the initial process of obtaining estimates, the process of signing the contract, and certainly the work performed, we were always informed. His team was friendly and courteous at the job site, not to mention expertly efficient. Daily clean up was well beyond what I have …
