Although we did not end up using Progressive Roofing's bid due to underlying issues with our commercial building, I was very impressed with the honest and integrity of Service Manager Marcus. He explained how different materials would effect our project and how best we might be able to move forward. I recommend the company for their professionalism and straightforwardness. I really appreciated their time an effort.

One of their workers just banged my car with his shopping cart at El super on 51st and Indian school. Truck #9361 was all in a rush to cram his shopping cart between my car and his work truck hit my passenger side mirror multiple times because trying once wasn't bad enough gave up when he realized I was in the car and rushed out of the parking lot. Tried calling the business and no answer. Great integrity all around!

The Driver's are the worst they drive horrible. Who ever drives in this van number Sc0800593 doesn't know how to drive in a school zone

I had a billing issue which took a little time to resolve but Progressive really stepped up to the plate this morning and took care of it! I appreciate their efforts, their willingness to look at the situation objectively, and for their understanding. We will certainly continue to use Progressive Roofing for our roofing needs!

I called about a vacant lot they own. After telling Lisa the address, she said no and just hung up the phone. I called back to tell the operator, she said "keep in mind some people work from home". What does that even mean? Not the way to talk to people.
