I called Sergio with Best Quality plumbing at 2 PM he asked for pictures of the piping / ball valve leaking. He gave me a fair price, was at my house on 20 min and fixed the issue using Brass Ball Valve. I am an engineer and can tell you his work was really good and his charge was very reasonable. My tankless water heater was discharging water randomly. I had no idea what the issue was. But Sergio came by ASAP and helped diagnosed what could be the issue. It was determined that my water pressure regulator was broken and the water pressure was 140 psi. He replaced it with a new one the same day within an hour, and lowered the pressure to 50 psi, and no more water is discharging from my water heater anymore.
