Warning: Don’t use this company to work on your AC system! They don’t take responsibility for their techs work. I had an issue with my heating AC system where it was creating excess condensation which was causing a leak from the unit when cool air flow would be on. I had both my rooftop units fail as we struggled through Covid. Others had verified that they were at the end of their life. It has been a year now since the last one has been installed and I have no complaints. I remember them so well because they were 30-40% cheaper than the big companies.

I experienced terrible customer service during my most recent visit. Workers came out to repair a leak in my ac unit only to leave the unit broken and unable to perform functions for a specific mode. The workers came back after being sent back by their manager only to deny any wrong doing in the system being broken. We had a great experience with this company! About a month after they installed our unit something happened & it quit working. My husband & I tried to figure out what was wrong but we couldn’t so we called DCAC back. Somehow an auto shut off door had opened on the unit (probably from my kids jumping) they screwed the door shut so it wouldn’t happen again & didn’t even charge us! Happy customer 😁
