I used Air Plus for the first time recently after switching service providers based on their customer service. We needed to add AC to our place as it seemed to be getting warmer more frequently. We had Air Plus change out our furnace 8 years ago and remembered they were very easy to work with. They came out on our schedule and provided a complete proposal which we were able to discuss down to the fine points of the installation. Installation day came and they performed the work quickly and had us up and running.

They are great! I spoke with Nicole and she not only arranged prompt service for my ailing tenant's mini split on a very hot day, she managed to sign me up for their routine maintenance program, which provided discount for the service call! Of course, I was a repeated customer and that level of service had to be anointed by her boss. Thanks Nicole and boss!

This summer, when our AC wouldn't power on, Nicole was …
