Entire experience with Deluxe Lifecote was terrific. Tim went over process, comparison with other products and the value offered. Yes more expensive but the results and quality of the job were more than worth it. Our 64 year old home looks good as new. Jen and Phil helped us with detailed plans and colors and coordinated the job well. They checked in regularly to make sure everything met our needs and expecta…

Let me start by saying.....Look no further!! Deluxe Lifecote puts all others to shame. We are new home owners and in the last 3 years we have dealt with many companies, contractors, handy men and let's just say it's very difficult to find professional, thorough and caring people. The very best investment we have ever made. Our house looks amazing. We started with Tim Belknap who took his time to explain everything an…

After listening to radio commercials, I became curious about Deluxe Life Cote. I finally called for an estimate, and Tim Belknap was at my house the next day to explain the process and give me a quote. Despite the initial shock at the cost, I couldn't ignore the fact that my previous paint job had deteriorated after just five years, emphasizing the need for a professional and long-lasting solution. I felt pressured t…

He was very knowledgeable on educating us on ceramic vs regular paint. We looked at other reviews and saw pictures of the good work they did on repairing and prepping homes before painting. Santos, the painter did I really good job on repairing our stucco, replacing rotted…

We decided on Deluxe Life Cote (DLC) to repaint the house after having lived in the house for almost 12 years. The paint was starting to peel in places near the roof and the stucco had cracks and were unsightly. Called DLC and Tim Belknap came to the house the next day to check out the house and for pricing information. He was able to give us a 30% discount due to the summer sale and that made a big difference in th…
