Pioneer Roofing was great to work with. My 40 yr. old original concrete tile roof was replaced, re-using the tiles along with several 'new' tiles that were painted to match the existing tiles. They listened to my concerns, acted on them, and were outstanding in their communication of all issues- text, email, phone and in person. The 4-man crew was careful not to ruin my deck (it was tarped) or landscaping, answere…

Pioneer Roofing CA was recommended by my realtor Nick Miele - and I’m glad he did. I installed a new roof on a two-story house in Oceanside. The crew was quick, clean and thorough. Great value for the price. I would recommend using. Happy customer and would use again.👍

I give this company 5 stars+! From the moment we spoke, I was met with only the highest level professionalism. Spencer came to my home and provided me with a very thorough roofing quote. He took extra time with me to answer all my questions which was of great comfort as I’m a first time homeowner and this is my first time replacing a roof. He and his team are very knowledgeable, honest, and caring. The quote I receiv…

Pioneer Roofing is fantastic! Spencer and Alana are hands down the best duo. I love supporting family owned businesses, and these siblings know how to take care of their customers. They had Colin come out quickly during the recent rains, found the leak right away, and fixed it on the spot. He was able to get on the roof while we had a brief break in the showers and my home is ready for the rest of our usual winter ra…

Pioneer Roofing was awesome! Spencer came out and looked over my roof and gave me an upfront assessment, followed by a very fair estimate, with possibilities of extra material required. The job was done in the time allotted and the crew was very efficient. Pioneer Roofing was super easy to work with and very upfront about the costs of the job. I very highly recommend Pioneer Roofing for your roofing job.
