InCharge Energy can only be described as completely dysfunctional. Our dealership has been waiting over a year to get a charger repaired. They will not respond to emails or phone calls. They have sent us incorrect parts multiple times. The technicians that do arrive are not prepared to actually fix the problem. It is beyond frustrating. This company has to be one of the worst EV charging repair companies out there. It takes months for them to dispatch a technician and almost every time they come out they try to find a reason to not do the actual repair. If they do complete the repair the charger still has the same issues once they leave. Terrible customer service. Trying to get chargers fixed for weeks and can't them handle it. No urgency, terrible follow up, we have to keep calling and emailing them for updates. Just awful!
