Tankless water heater flush out — maintenance. Michael is very personable & very knowledgeable. He also has an amazing work ethic and was determined to make sure everything was done correctly. Michael also consulted with us during his time and answered other plumbing questions. We really appreciate him & his high quality of work! We’ll definitely call him again for our plumbing needs.

I found an excellent plumber in Benoist Drains & Plumbing, thanks to another trustworthy service provider. I needed a new water heater. I called a local, large service provider who arrived quickly. Their quote was predictably expensive and beyond my comfort. I called Mike, who arrived the next day as promised. He installed the water heater without delay. Mike secured an upgraded model with a better warranty for a mod…

Mike and Dave were awesome. They helped us with a large plumbing job and made what could have been a stressful situation really straightforward. They were professional, easy to talk to, and worked quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s hard to find people you trust to work on your home, but these guys were fantastic. I’d happily recommend them to anyone in the San Diego area.

Thank you Benoist Drains & Plumbing for exceptional service. They replaced our leaking hot/cold washing machine hose bibs after a new washer and dryer install.. This made our day, but WOW when they went above and beyond to help us install our new balcony birdbath, AWESOME! Fantastic attitude, very professional, and kind. Highly recommend Benoist Drains & Plumbing 💗

Michael was professional and reasonable from the first call through job completion. He was honest and transparent throughout, charging a reasonable rate compared to the big companies. He’s my first and only call next time I need a plumber.
