Great experience working with AC Sure Plan. They gave me a great price and installed my AC that went out within days. Rick did a great job on the install and you could tell he took pride in his work. I would definitely recommend.

At 2pm on Friday afternoon they called to say that they will not be coming out and that they would call back to reschedule for another time. No shame in leaving me stranded without an a/c for the whole weekend. absolutley shocking service…
