We ended up using the salt based water softener system, and had two additional point-of-use RO filters for drinking water. Starting with Jack from the sales team over the phone, very honest, upfront about costs and expectations without hiding anything (other companies didn’t mention the maintenance costs until you ask them specifically). I found the technician very knowledgeable and caring about his work. He and his supervisor laid out a plan to improve our system and the work was completed efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Sam Diego Pure Water!

We have been happy! The Install guy was super nice and professional. So far so good with the water. It tastes great and it’s so nice it’s good at every faucet! I recommend San Diego Pure Water.
