Jay has been my go to plumber for almost 10 years. He’s fixed my toilets and drains, snaked my main line, and helped with all my plumbing needs. I keep calling him because he’s responsive, reliable, competent, and does not overcharge. This week, I texted him about a shower drainage and toilet issue. He replied immediately and came within a couple of hours to do the necessary repairs. He’s been great.

Jay from Plumbing Rooter For You was excellent. My call was answered immediately and courteously. He provided efficient, professional service and, most importantly, he was honest. He told me my plumbing problem was not a leaky pipe as I had thought, and explained that the problem is with the bathroom of my rental. This honest evaluation was like music to my ears. Had a great experience with Jay. I called him last night, and he was here first thing this morning. Jay was professional, easy to talk to, and did a great job. He explained what caused the problem, fixed it the right way, and even gave me a few tips to help prevent it from happening again. Really appreciate how patient and thorough he was. I’d definitely call Jay again and highly recommend him!

Jay was awesome and honest! We were so grateful when Jay came down so quickly after we smelled something in our home. In the meantime, the smell went away and he did a thorough check and didn’t charge us anything. He told us what to look out for and to call him right away if we smelled something again. Thank you so much, Jay! We highly recommend Jay!

Quick, professional, and fairly priced. Jay came out, took a quick look, and gave me a quote to clean out the drain, replaced the cracked P-trap, and replaced a leaking corroded pipe. He completed the work promptly and was professional the entire time. I'd recommend using him and would call him back again for any future plumbing needs.
