We hired Pacific Pro Roofing for a full roof replacement on our home in Santa Monica and honestly couldn’t be happier. From the first call to the final cleanup, everything was smooth. They walked us through the whole process, explained the materials they were using, and didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t need. The crew showed up on time every day and wrapped the job up faster than expected. The new roof looks…

Had to get my entire shingle roof replaced after noticing some bad granule loss and a slow leak above my garage. Josh came out, walked me through photos of the damage, and gave me a straight quote without any high-pressure sales nonsense. His crew showed up right on time, knocked out the tear-off and new install in two days, and spent extra time running magnetic sweepers through my driveway so I wouldn’t get nails in…

You can tell they really care about doing t…

Josh came out the very next day, got on the roof, took photos to show me where the flashing was pulling away, and gave me a straight-up price without trying to upsell me on a whole new roof. His crew came out Thursday morning, knocked it out in a few hours, and swept the driveway for stray nails before leavi…

Had a few shingles blow off during the last storm and called Pacific Pro Roofing to get it sorted before the next rain. Josh was out the next morning, gave me a fair quote on the spot, and had his crew knock it out within two hours. Super easy to deal with, no mess left in the driveway, and zero leaks since.
