I cannot say enough good things about Paws Plumbing! From the moment they arrived, the entire experience was professional, honest, and stress-free. I worked with Sam, and he was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to explain everything to me in detail, answered all of my question (I had a lot), and made sure I fully understood what was going on before any work was done. I’ve used Paws for multiple things in the condo from kitchen problems to two toilet installations. By far one of the most honest and up front companies I’ve used and the only people I will use for all things plumbing related. Great customer service when you call and the service techs are always just great guys who make sure you understand everything. We had Jonathan in the house today and like the others, 100% profes…

Amazing professional experience. So grateful for them to have customer service support who understood the urgency and sent out a team who was extremely knowledgeable and had all the supplies with them. This experience is worth it and I found the pricing a good value for the high level of service and expertise of the licensed plumbers onsite. Michael, the lead is the BEST. Thank you to PAWS for a job well done!!! Woul…

Samuel is a professional through and through. He installed a Moen Flo, pressure reducing valve and shutoff as well as updated our water heater and both furnace/water gas lines. Top- of-the-line parts are used. We’re truly appreciative of his skill, friendly demeanor and professionalism.

I had a problem and had another company come out. Lucky for me they did not communicate well, and left without doing the job. I called PAWS and could not be happier with the service, the recommendations, and their expertise in working with the customer to resolve the issues. My problem was resolved, and we opted to get additional work done once we were back online on a return visit.
