Tyler was simply amazing. I would recommend him for giving a very honest and customer friendly assessment for our plumbing needs. I am requesting Tyler for all my future plumbing needs. No questions asked. Comparable quotes from other plumbing companies were $1000+ higher and they gave me a lot of fancy terminology of what needs to be done. Tyler showed me clearly what the problem was and he easily fixed all that. Wh…

Tyler came to look at my project for rerouting hot water pipe. Very professional and knowledgeable. He explained in detail all the things that needed to be done including the materials that would be used. Don't know if we will use him yet, since we are still getting more quotes. But I would have no hesitation in contracting him and Benjamin Franklin plumbing. I'll update this review if we decide to go with him. Up…

Tyler E. was polite and professional from the moment he arrived. He got straight to work diagnosing the issue we called about, and it was clear he really knew what he was doing. He explained everything clearly and honestly, and didn't try to upsell us on stuff we didn't need Tyler was prompt and went above and beyond throughout the job. Highly recommend!

They attended to me right away to schedule an appointment same day. Brandon completed the service assessment, gave me full details of expectations and a proposal outlining full details and expectations. Installation was completed same day. Great service over all, would recommend highly without hesitation.
