Air Products installed our high efficiency system 20+ years ago and has been maintaining it twice a year since then. Every one of the employees I’ve dealt with over the years has been an outstanding representative of the company. Today Eduardo Ramirez did my summer maintenance. I can’t speak highly enough of him. Friendly, knowledgeable, diligent, are words that initially pop into my mind. Air Products is a firs…

The company is responsive and efficient but your experience totally depends on which technician you get. We had one who took shortcuts and caused problems (which the company took responsibility for and had fixed at no charge). The next one was very good and the third—suggested by a knowledgeable friend—was incredible. Eduardo Ramirez came today and I will ask for him from now on! Finding him felt like going to a spec…

Fantastic company! I used them in 2007 to install an HVAC system and they did an incredible job. I have since moved into a fully remodeled home and called them to see if they could help with a problem with the balance of air going to each of the rooms of the home. The first company that came out told me the issue had no remedy. The technician from Air Products solved the issue in under an hour. Highest recommend…

Marlon and the team at Air Products were great. All of the communication was prompt, they got Marlon out to our house the same day to fix our AC emergency and Marlon did a wonderful job explaining and fixing the problem.

I just had my AC maintenance done by Air Products and I couldn't be happier. They were timely and arrived exactly on schedule. Andrew was incredibly clean and courteous, wearing shoe covers and keeping the workspace spotless. It’s refreshing to work with a professional team that clearly cares about the customer and the longevity of their equipment. Highly recommend them for keeping your system running right!
