Getting appointment for service is call was easy and technician arrived on time. He was friendly and professional. Thankfully all me equipment (25 years old) was working properly so everything went smoothly for this year. He did not have filters for my system with him so I recommend letting them know ahead of time what sizes you need so they can bring them to the appointment. I will use this company for all my HVAC …

The Kilowatt tech was polite and professional. She explained what she had done and provided photos of her work. I have been using Alladin for years before it was recently acquired by Kilowatt and have always been satisfied with their work.

Byron from Kilowatt Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, kind, professional, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, was respectful of our home, and left everything clean and tidy. Excellent service from start to finish. I highly recommend Byron and Kilowatt.
