Even though I live in a relatively upscale neighborhood, our electric utility (So Cal Edison) is not quite up to even third world standards. We get frequent power outages and sometimes unreliable power at the most inopportune time, like having all the power for the city shut off right before Thanksgiving 2021 and power not restored until after the big holiday, which was inconvenient to say the least. Tony Diaz is a great technician for LT Generators and I would highly recommend him. He keeps my generator in top condition and is willing to answer any questions.

UPDATE. I bought a service plan from LT that they come out twice a year. Deb in the office is a pleasure to speak with and makes sure i schedule all my appointments. For service, my "to go" guy is Tony. He is very personable and professional. If you have any questions, he will answer them and after he done with service, Tony goes over everything, making you feel like they care just as much as you do about your invest…

The generator did not start and showed error codes indicating a service was required. After initial teething issues, got hold of ‘Deb’ at LT Generator who immediately dispatched ‘Tony Diaz’. Literally within minutes, Tony arrived and not only got it running…
