I’m extremely disappointed with how this drain repair was completed. While the company may have repaired the plumbing issue, they left the bathroom floor in terrible condition. The tile around the toilet was removed and instead of properly repairing and replacing it, they left exposed plywood and an unfinished area around the toilet. We expected the bathroom to be left in a safe, clean, and professional condition af…

Had a leak in our kitchen sink. I have had bad experiences with plumbers, but was pleasantly surprised with Royale Plumbing. They were nice on the phone, showed up on time, friendly and kind in person, and quick with the repair. They did a great job too. Thanks Royale Plumbing for being the most professional plumbers I have used in a very long time.

One person from this company came to change a sprinkler valve( that was wrongly placed before by them and leaking ) and when removing the valve the PVC line broke . Not only that they are trying to charge now 650$ for the PVC valve replacement that was totally fine before they came but he also left and leave the water running..

I called RP at around 4:15 in the afternoon & spoke to Janelle. She was extremely helpful & reassuring & also clear ab…

We've used Royale Plumbing for several years at our apartment complexes, and they have been consistently amazing. Their quality of work, prices, and customer service are in a class by themselves. They genuinely care about their customer, and their product. They are very honest, and a joy to work with. Couldn't recommend them more highly.
