Excellent customer service from beginning to end! Called in for service yesterday and had someone out first thing in the morning and this was not an emergency. It was for yearly servicing of our tankless hot water heater, which I had no idea until today that you’re even supposed to have them serviced regularly. All new to me. Fast, reliable, and great communication! Booking the maintenance for my tankless water heater with Tankless Hot Water Solutions and Plumbing was a breeze because their customer service team actually keeps you in the loop. Celso arrived right when promised and got everything running smoothly. 5/5 stars!

The whole experience was as painless as fixing a tankless water heater can be. They came out on a holiday (one less day without cold water, thank you!) and were very communicative throughout. And, the service person Andy was great walking us through every step. Have used them before, will use them again.
