Stay away from this company!!! TL Services is unscrupulous and dishonest. American Home Shield sent the toxic "TJ" technician out because we needed a new a/c thermostat. From the beginning, he was rude and belligerent. He replaced our multi-service thermostat with a single service piece of junk. warrantee for furnace they installed, faulty regulator missing O ring, slopped sealer around screw head and called it a day. 20 days later I received an invoice from AHS for $75. No indication from TLServices at the time he removed and reinstalled the screw that there would be a charge.

The worst, most lazy service man ever. I have American Home Sheild and they sent this company to my home to diagnose my AC problem. I told the guy it was 25 years old and problably needs replacing. He took that as I am trying to scam the system and get a whole new unit. So he turns on my AC and looks at my furnace. He changed a setting from low to high on the motor.
