I would give AAG Electrical and Plumbing Services zero stars if that option were available. Unfortunately, Google requires at least one star, so I had to select one star. I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I contacted the company for what appeared to be a routine drain clog service. Very disappointing experience with AAG Electrician & Plumbing Service. Communication was poor, and I felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. The service also took longer than expected, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. I expected better professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not use this company again or recommend them.

I had no power in half of my apartment, luckily AAG called me almost immediately to scheduled and appointment, they came same day of request within a few hours. I had Greg and Moush and they were great, very friendly even to my dog! they checked everything, fixed all my issues and very important to mention cleaned after themselves! and they were on their way in an hour or less. Thank you so much for all your help!

We had previously called another company that didn’t even finish the job and left a mess behind, but Suro & Musho fixed everything properly and even cleaned up after themselves. Really appreciate their professionalism and would defi…
