Ben explained the options we had for water heater and water softener was very clear and gave details as we needed. Sammy Mezhidov who did the installation of the tankless water heater and water softener was excellent. He took a mess of old pipes that were poorly configured and replaced with a well organized layout. He was pleasant and explained things, and he took great care and pride in his work.
