Our MD Built-In vacuum was installed by Advanced 18 years ago when we built our home. The system had worked wonderfully and all we purchased over the years were bags and new tools. Yesterday our suction was low and I thought it may have been a clog but I wasn't able to fix it. I called Advanced and they came out the same day and fixed it on the spot. They showed up on time and were clean and polite. They first diagnosed and tried to save our 29 yo vacuum main canister but the parts and labor were too high to put into such an old system. So I chose to replace it. They did not push me into a larger sale. They installed the new unit then checked the entire system for blockages, showed how how to use the new system, cleaned and left.
