I have "The Money Pit" fixer-upper house and continue to work on it with and without help. I do not like heights, so for a portion of our 'great room' job, I reached out a few different painting companies. (There are a lot of companies/contractors out there who try to take advantage of their customers. It was refreshing for me to find a couple who were truly impressive and honest.) When Local SD Painting came out to quote the job, the process was fair and straightforward. Chad identified ways to save money and left me with the most confidence in his ability to complete the project successfully. I live out of town and needed to coordinate with building management and other contractors, which can be challenging. Local SD Painting was hired to repaint my condo/loft in North Park and did an except…

Quality work, attention to detail, fair price, listened to my concerns, went the extra mile, owners showed up daily, thorough c…

From start to finish, the crew working on our house, led by Jonathan, made this project a great experience. The daily check in Jonathan provided put our minds at ease with what to expect and when the project would be completed. They prepared the house well, cleaned up daily and were careful with our newly installed plants. We look forward to an interior paint project and would highly recommend this company for you…
