I called Marlin Services needing someone to look at our water heater which had been leaking and was shut off. It was warranty work. I spoke to Dorena who was very knowledgeable and helpful and she even offered to have someone come out the same day. I had called another company and they were reluctant to come out at all and the best they could do was 3 days, so I was ecstatic to find a company so helpful. Lonnie a…

Anselmo with Marlin Services was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He made it easy to understand what he was doing, why he was doing it and to understand what was going on with my unit. I was happy to purchase the package pricing so I can get my unit serviced again in the fall by this company. I will refer Marlin and Anselmo to friends and family in the future for sure.

I've dealt with Marlin three times. Each time they have done a great job for me, provided quick service, and not gouged me. Most recently I moved out of state, my tenant's AC unit went out, I was able to deal with getting someone out there and getting the AC unit up and running within the hour, and they fixed the problem a a reasonable price without trying to up sell me. I highly recommend them.

I had a new gas line run for a new gas stove. Everything from the scheduling Dorena took care of, the permitting Norm took care of and the actual installation Lonnie and Cole did was great work. Also because my stove hadn't arrived in time for the install Lonnie and Cole took extra time to stop back out and hook it up and make sure everything was working. My thanks to the crew at Marlin!
