The company was dispatched by my home warranty company to repair my toilet. It wasn’t shutting off and one flush didn’t do the job. They fixed the first problem and didn’t fix the other. We were out of town and the 30 day warranty had expired when I asked them to come back out and they required me to open and pay for a new visit. They wouldn’t stand behind their work. They left the float such that it leaves the wat…

WARNING: Urging any potential patrons seeking plumbing servicing to read this review to understand the poor quality of service and even worse customer service with CNJ. CNJ was selected from American Home Shield warranty company to perform a fairly simple shower faucet. In a 4 month period, the shower faucet remains unrepaired despite my several calls and emails. Upon my initial contact with CNJ, I sent them detail…

Our house was currently vacant, and I gave them the garage code to enter, and replace the water heater. Two days l…

I called up CNJ to inquire about what happened. The lady on the phone informed me that the granite was already broken - which I disputed. Then she sent me the before and after picture. Those pictures actually proved that THEY broke our gran…

Diego did a fantastic job for us and provided some of the best customer support I’ve ever received from a services company. We were in a time pinch and he went above and beyond what I expected to get our water heater back up and running as quickly as possible. Highly recommend
