Kevin was very thorough and did the job quickly and efficiently. No leaks and got the appt setup quickly. The rates were reasonable for installation of the shutoff valve on my softwater loop. The scheduling team was quite efficient and got me scheduled within the same week.

We had Rich come as our technician. He was wonderful! So professional so knowledgeable . He so put you at ease that he could handle everything and it would be fixed soon , and it was. I couldn’t believe how fast he got things fixed. And he cleaned up every little speck of debris, even though I told him I could do it. Highly recommend Pruitts and Rich!! 😀

Pruitt was hired through my home warrenty company. Juan was a very detailed and thorough plumber. He not only dealt directly with the reported issue, he also pointed out other potential issues and preventative maintenance ideas. I appreciate honest and thoughtful professionals like Juan! Will request him for any future jobs I hire Pruitt to perform!
