Jimmy, our serviceman was very courteous and assessed our water heater condition. Unfortunately, his price quote for the work to be done (replacement) was unfortunately too high. It was so high that the price matching offer would have not ended well. Also, Jimmy left a screwdriver behind. We didn’t mind the $79 charge for diagnostic work.

Eric and Manuel did an excellent job locating and repairing another leaking recirculating line. They did high quality work efficiently. Highly recommend Northstar has done a lot pf work for us; they never disappoint.

I had been having an issue with a sewage pump for nearly 4 years. I struggled to find someone to work on this. Another trade was around the pump when the alarm went off and highly recommended Northstar plumbing. They said they service these types of pumps which was exciting, they came out quickly, but that didn't matter so much. Just wanted someone to finally address the issue. Eric quickly diagnosed the problem…

Eric was the best. He took care of our plumbing issues both professionally and expeditiously. We highly recommend NorthStar based on his work.

I’ve used North Star Plumbing and specifically ERIC for a number of things including new hot water tank ,recirculation pump, salt-water filtration system. The quality of work and the knowledge on display is superb. I just had Eric and his team out for a service call on a very hard to diagnose issue and he had it figured out in less than five minutes. Highly recommend this company and especially ERIC!
