This company is great. Arrived on a Saturday in 2 hrs during our hottest months without an additional fee. It’s so hot here his shoes melted at the last job. I am truly grateful and very happy with both Jason H and Western States. I would highly recommend them. Ask for Jason my name, but I bet all their techs are amazing.

Our AC broke unexpectedly and we found out it needed to be replaced. I started contacting companies and gathering quotes and it was overwhelming. Based on a recommendation from a neighbor I called Western State and they have a tech at my house within 2 hours. Jason Hagerty was so helpful with providing not only an affordable quote but a lot of helpful knowledge to make sure we made an informed decision. I appreciate …

Jason came out for ac bid. What a great guy. Nice, professional and knowledgeable. Our bid was very competitive. He gave us a great deal on a new system. We chose to go with Western. Installation tomorrow!! Wow. We just bought our home 2 months ago. Feels good to have piece of mind. We love it's family owned. Highly recommend.

Michael was the best service repair person I have ever met. He was extremely couitous and I never had anyone keep the area he was working in so clean. He left it cleaner than when he started. Every one of your employees should follow his lead. If he does heating and AC I would like to have him service them as well. He was very detailed and explained what he was doing at each step. The best of the best.

Joel with Western States HVAC was the only technician able to diagnose my system. His communication skills are excellent and he never left me with any doubts or concerns. I highly recommend Western States and if possible, you should ask for Joel to be the point person for your home.
