This company will absolutely take advantage of you. They were sent out by select home warranty. They diagnosed the problem then with my unit then proceeded to tell me I needed to pay the full amount ($810) by card and submit the invoice to the warranty company to get reimbursed. If I didn't, it would take at least a week for select warranty to approve the work order and I would have to go without A.C till then. (Its …

Eli was able to find and fix the problem with my AC unit when two other AC companies could not . I would refer anyone who has a problem with their AC to contact this company. They are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Zero stars. Select home warranty sent them. Ac to the Mac is a crooked company. . I paid for a new Goodman unit, they installed a used Payne, which according to serial number was installed at a different address in 2023. The unit has stopped working twice since the install on April 23, 2024. The first time it was a wiring issue, the second time two fuses were blown. Our electric bill went from $200: to over $600. …

The owner and his crew are very knowledgeable, professional, and fair. Eli was very transparent with what was needed to repair my older ac unit and actually found ways to save me money. Not only did Eli come in under what he quoted me, but his repairs were done promptly and the quality of work was excellent! I will be referring Eli to all of my friends and neighbors for their AC repairs. What a great business!
