He was on time, called ahead to let me know he was coming, and from the moment he arrived he was professional, friendly, helpful, and incredibly thorough. Caleb took the time to walk me through the entire process and explain what he was doing so I understood exactly what was going on. He was respectful of my home, put covers o…

Outstanding service! Caleb came out quickly, and gave an estimate. Did the work in a timely manner. He was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable! We are very pleased with the work completed! He went above and beyond. 5 star company.

Called Ox Plumbing about my water heater and they were out at the house faster than I expected. Gave me a straight quote on the spot - no runaround, no upsell, and the price was better than what I’d been quoted elsewhere. Work was fast and clean. No mess left behind, no trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Just handled it. Will be using them again, no question

I called Ox Plumbing at 9:06am and they had Caleb at my door at 11:49am, fantastic response. The thoroughness and quality of the work was excellent! Having supervised over 60 people with various skill sets I know a hard working, quality worker when I see one. Highly recommend Ox Plumbing.
