Overnight the water line from the street to the house started leaking, causing a major flood in my front yard. Called several services, Froggy LLC answering service took my information (6:30am), Somebody from the office called me back within 30 minutes letting me know they could have a plumber out between 10 and noon. Trevor called me back saying he could be there sooner (arrived at ~8:30). He scoped the work, exp…

Simple replacement of 1.25 inch main water shutoff valve. Water line valve was above ground and accessible. Labor of $300 seems high for a job that takes less than one hour. Workmanship was good and service was very good.

I had my water softener replaced and am very pleased with the new system Ben Amos installed. Ben was kind, courteous and an absolute professional during entire installation process. Last year I had Bo Lawrence with Froggy Fix repair a leaking PEX line above the master bathroom ceiling. He was as kind, considerate and professional as Ben. I would highly recommend Foggy Fix for any plumbing needs.

He never rushes through a repair or looks for the quickest fix. He takes the time to diagnose the problem, explain what’s goi…

Devin took care of the property to get the corroded and damaged pipe from the kitchen drain. Unfortunately, he even had to cut open a wall in the bedroom as well to complete the job. It wa…
