The mini unit was leaking water. The tech cleaned the coil or maybe the duct. It didn’t even take him an hour. The tech was knowledgeable. Explained everything throughout the process. Service was booked quickly for the repair.

I had my first experience with Southwest Heating and Air Conditioning a few days ago and I couldn't be happier with the service. I have an 18 year old Mitsubishi Mr. Slim, and the roller on it was filthy, encrusted with dirt and dust. He was incredibly helpful and patiently walked me through the repair process over the phone. Because of him, I was able to sleep cool tonight instead of sweating through the night. God bless him and his incredible business. I …

Southwest fit us in and were out at his house within a few hours making the needed repairs. The price we very fair and the technician was kind and knowledgeable. He worked on adding refrigerant for 2 hours outside in the heat. I would highly rec…
