When I got home, my HVAC unit was totally unresponsive and I thought it was going to be a lengthy and costly process. The technician came with clear objectives and identified the issue and had the unit up and running without any unnecessary upselling. It was a breath of fresh air to deal with a person who wanted to solve the problem rather than sell more services.

A Ductless mini split installation was selected as our current system was unable to accommodate some rooms. The most surprising thing was not only the cooling, but the fact that each area now seems to feel on their own merits—no more squabbling over whether one area was hotter or colder. Each area receives just what it requires and the level of comfort is significantly more exact than what we used to have.

The response was surprisingly quick and the guy was there ready to get to work. It was convenient and reliable to find ac repair near me, and all was explained very clearly. Now that it's back to a normal cooling system, it seems to be working exactly like it used to, but the most impressive thing is how easy the whole process was.

Thermostat kept acting up with a burning smell on a regular weekday. Tech came late day, fixed the C-wire issue. Covered under warranty, so no extra cost.

It was a wise decision to select this heating system check option. The people who came were prepared, polished and extremely diligent. They gave me the full details and, in the end, my system was running perfectly.
